Let's go. Blending of the two words, but the -ts of lets is clipped. Used casually, often in a way that denotes enthusiasm. Also used in the traditional sense of let us go, as in depart.
Etymology : Blending and clipping of the conjunction let's, from let us, and go, from Old English "gan."
