Top quality, grade A+, or the best. Possible reason used: This word is a combination of two words that were clipped and blended together. The first word is ‘professionally’ and the second word is ‘nasty’. The first word has not undergone any change in meaning, but the second word ‘nasty’ has itself undergone amelioration from disgusting, repellant, or unpleasant to awesome, amazing, or good. The word ‘professionally’ here is used as a qualifier to signify the best of the best. This is part of the jargon terminology commonly used by African American rappers.
