- Genderbread is used to describe how people, just like gingerbread, are made in varying degrees, each with potentially different tastes. Genderbread is a blend of gender and gingerbread to express how gender is not necessarily set to be in black and white terms but rather spectrum, just as cooking has its own spectrums. In addition, the infographic used to describe this spectrum of gender is called the "Genderbread Person", with the person instead of man to not show gender bias.
