cracked

adjective; blending and clipping
a crowed or packed place but also enjoyable I heard a friend use the term, but I didn’t know what it meant so I asked her to explain. Apparently, it’s not meant in the “broken” sense, but means that a place is crowded but still enjoyable like at a concert, unless you’re claustrophobic. I’m not really sure how the enjoyable part became associated with the word, although it could be through metonymy. It is mainly used in casual conversations. The etymology of the words crowded and packed are from The Oxford English Dictionary.

The concert I went to last night was cracked.
Etymology : Crowded (French crowd +ed) + packed (from Middle High German (late) pack (German Pack)
