Nuke [2]

verb; zero derivation
In videogames, an attack that does a large amount of damage to a single target.

I used my nuke to take out the medic before we went in.
Etymology : Zero-derivation from the noun nuke, referring to a nuclear weapon. Nuclear "of or like the nucleus of a cell", from French nucleaire. In this sense, nuke refers not to the nuclear mechanism of the weapon or the weapon itself, but rather to the massive amount of damage the nuke is capable of.
