Cyber Monday

Used to describe the Monday after black Friday, a day where online retailers hold large sales in order to lure customers into doing their holiday shopping.
 
"I do most of my holiday shopping on Cyber Monday, because you don’t have to wait in line all night."
Etymology : compound of cyber (novel formation from William Gibson, author of Neuromancer, “of or related to technology”) and Monday (From Old English Monandæg, Germanic translation of Latin loanword lunis dies), also a reference to Black Friday
