Dude-Man-Bro

A close friend. Primarily used in a prolonged greeting between two persons with each person calling the other some combination of the words "Dude", "Man", "Bro", "Brother", "Amigo", etc.
Etymology : A straight forward blend of several colloquial terms for a close friend. Used as part of the escalating greeting exchange in which these are chained in ever more complex sequences. This one in particular has become a standard phrase to come right after each of it's individual components have be used.
