B-ed

derivation; verb
To make a B

Pronounced as "bead,"it takes after the word "ace" for "to make an A." It's exclusively used in past tense form to avoid confusion as "B" alone would have to stand as the present-tense form. "-ed" is added to indicate that it has been converted from a noun to a verb.
Etymology : "B" from English alphabet + -ed for past tense.
