Fabulash

noun; blending and clipping
a mascara designed to make the eyelashes 100% fuller Fabulash is a type of mascara made by Revlon designed to make the eyelashes fuller. The name is a blend of fabulous and eyelash. They clipped both words resulting in the famous name Fabulash. It almost sounds like fabulous. This is also a marketing technique to attract buyers (all over the world). Product naming is vital in every company, no matter what they produce. The name is what can make or break the product. You need something catchy and flashy to draw customers’ attention at the stores. Even if they weren’t planning on buying the product, by catching their attention, the company is halfway to making a sale. Product names like Fabulash speak out to the group it is intended for: women. Every woman wants fabulous eyelashes for that special night out. There are many other types of mascara designed to make the eyelashes look fuller. I don’t know of any because I don’t remember their names. The product name is everything! Revlon has succeeded in attracting the women to their product. The name, Fabulash, is what brought the customer to the product. By advertising it on television or in magazines, viewers and readers are introduced to the product. A catchy name will make it easier for the potential customer to find the product at the store. Some make-up brands have different numbers for their mascaras. No one can remember a number...who can forget Fabulash!
