misogynoir

noun; blending
Term coined to describe a specific kind of sexism faced by black women. Most often refers specifically the violence, mistreatment, and erasure they experience at the hand of black men.
 
The "Strong Black Woman" stereotype is an example of misogynoir in modern society.
Etymology : blending of "misogyny" and the French "noir"
