adjective; compounding
an event that keeps occurring St. Louis (Midwest) accent slurs the ‘every’ part to form ‘err’ and added ‘time’ to form a compound word errtime. The -err sound often replaces -ere at the end of words (hurr = here, thurr = there) when accents slur words. Most often used by rap artists for better rhythm in songs so could also be a sound symbolism word formation. This is definitely considered slang since it is known as informal, vulgar and stigmatized. When people hear this word being used, they often associate it with uneducated people who can not correctly pronounce the word every. However, this is is just due to their accents.
