Romomentum

blending noun
It was a term coined when Tony Romo took over at quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys in the 2006 season. The team was not doing well before he became quarterback and so the coaches decided to put him in and the team improved. The term means the momentum that a team has with Tony Romo playing.
 
It can be used to explain the success that the team is having.
Etymology : A blend of the words Romo and momentum.
