changements

noun; blending affixation
Changes, adjustments. “Before we continue with rehearsal we need to make some important changements in the score."

This is a nonce word; it was heard spoken by a non-native speaker, and shows an understanding of English grammatical structure (eg. replacing “adjust-“ with “change-“) though is technically incorrect.
Etymology : The addition of the affix “-ments” to “change,” meaning “to make changes” (used in place of “adjustments” — “adjust” meaning “to correct, remedy”).
