To approve of, to enjoy, to appreciate. “I totally vibe with your music choice right now.”
 
Conversion from “vibe” as a noun, meaning affect or mood (“What was the vibe at that party you went to?”). Now being used as a verb, often preceding “with” (“to vibe with”).
