Used to describe a game character that is hard to kill and has really high health. Like squishy, it seems to be mostly used by gamers who like role playing games like Dungeon of Dragons, Avalon, etc.
Etymology : derived from tank, analogy comparing the character's strength and health to the strength of a tank
