Cuffing

To get into a relationship with someone
 
“Cuffing season is coming up”
Etymology : Cuff + ing (verb forming affix) The two people in the relationship are now “cuffed” to one another. The cuff acts as a metaphor for the individual who are now bound together in the relationship until it ends.
