Asbo

A delinquent. ABSO is the acronym for Anti-Social Behaviour Order. According to Wikipedia, in the United Kindom, ASBO is a civil order made against someone who has, or is likely to have, harmed someone. An asbo, by zero-derivation, is someone who has, or is likely to have, an ASBO issued against him. Asbo-like behaviour is often linked to chavs, therefore chavs are often called asbos.
