Shawshank

To break free, escape in a dramatic fashion
 
This term is borrowed from the cult classic The Shawshank Redemption wherein the main character plans and executes a harrowing escape from prison. The fictional Shawshank prison is converted to a verb to indicate someone following the actions of the escapee.
