Pull trig

analogy
To stick your finger down your throat in order to induce vomiting, frequently as a result of the overconsumption of alcohol

‘Trig’ is a clipping of the word ‘trigger’. In the same way that pulling a trigger on a gun releases a bullet, pull trig is used as a metaphor for doing an action that results in something shooting out (vomit). The word is used mainly in party settings when people drink too much and need to make themselves throw up in order to feel better.
Etymology : Metaphorical phrase with a clipping of trigger
