feel

verb;
to have a crush on, to be interested in Who ya feelin'? means for whom do you feel romantic/sexual feelings. In this sense feel means only feel these types of feelings, which is why it is a narrowing semantic shift. Feel might also be influenced by its other meaning of to understand or to like, as in "I'm feeling this song." So feel's meaning shifted from to like to to like in a romantic/sexual way. The shift was also probably influenced by feel's physical meaning and sexual connotation.

Who ya feelin'?
Etymology : The orignal word feel came from Old English, meaning to experience an emotion or sensation. The neologism feel came from a semantic shift of narrowing.
