endo

verb; clipping
Flipping over the handlebars on a bicycle, usually unintentionally and resulting from applying the front brake too quickly or hitting an object such as a curb.

This word is used primarily by the bicycling community, mostly among mountain bikers, and could be considered jargon. This word is also commonly used to mean an intentional bike trick where the rider does a front wheelie, but that is not at all the way the word in this example was intended.
Etymology : Most likely a clipping of "end-over-end" or "end-over-front."
