To use CAD or a similar computer program to design or model something.
 
The word CAD originally referred only to the type of program, then to the specific program that took on its name. Originally an acronym for Computer-aided Design, CAD is pronounced as a single syllable.
Etymology : The verb is derived from the noun CAD, an initialism from Computer-aided Design.
