Dyslexiate

verb; derivation
To form a spoonerism User could not remember the name for the process of creating spoonerisms, but knew that it seemed related to the process which happens in a dyslexic’s head when he/she reads. By taking the word ‘dyslexia’ and making it into a verb by affixing ‘-ate’, user was able to sufficiently describe the event.

My astronomy professor dyslexiated "2-zone star" into "2-stone czar" today.
