Kobe

interjection
Exclamation made when a feat of athleticism is performed. Especially the feat is a precise throw of a small object into a target. Frequently exclaimed when throwing a piece of garbage into a trash can.

“I bet I can get this into the trash can from halfway across the room… Kobe!”
Etymology : Metonymic shift from “Kobe Bryant” (a prolific professional basketball player)’s first name referring to the person, to athletic skill that parallels that of Bryant’s skills. From there, conversion from the skill itself to an exclamation made when displaying that skill.
