Icy

An aesthetically clean, expensive look primarily used to describe jewelry, clothing, and a person’s appearance.
 
It is slang for describing a person’s appearance and what they are wearing. Icy is a metaphor for the pristine, smooth appearance of ice that could be flawless, much like that of expensive clothing or a haircut. Icy may also be related to cool in how they make metaphors with low temperatures and socially popular, desirable characteristics.
Etymology : Comes from ice + -y. Ice comes from the old English isig.
