- Comes from the frequent use of the phrase "just blaze" getting clipped and blended into the single word 'jubl'. The initial phrase was said ironically and as a joke, but ended up taking some ground. Still being used as a joke, it became who could say it faster and in a more ridiculous fashion without losing the meaning or important sounds to it. 'Jubl' is where this ended up at.
Jubl
blending and clipping Verb
to smoke marijuana
Etymology : The phrase "just blaze" comes from the action used to smoke marijuana, but seems to have received influence from a high user being "stoned" or "blazed" (though the term "blazed" could have come from this phrase). After frequent use of this phrase, it was shortened to the funnier 'jubl'.
