A middle aged woman, who has shortened, straight, dyed blond hair, very likely a mother, who is a very difficult customer. Karen frequently asks to speak to the manager and is very entitled by her fortunes in life. Karen hates millennials and is politically right leaning. She doesn’t believe in climate change or vaccines.
 
people can be described as being “a Karen,” or part of the “Karen” generation. It is also frequently used as a rebuttal to someone’s argument: “Ok, Karen.”
Etymology : Comes from the name “Karen” which spiked in popularity from the 1950s to the 1960s. “Karen” is the Danish short form of “Katherine” and entered English in the 1930s
