A derogatory term used to downplay the significance of a person’s presence. A ‘rando’ is typically seen in the background, lurking in places where they have not been invited, or isolated in large groups, not interacting with anybody.
Etymology : Clipping of the word ‘random.’ Became popularized within the gaming community as an insult for enemy players that also did not violate any of the allowed language restrictions.
