Thicc(4)

adjective; other word formation type Creative Respelling
It is most commonly used to describe a person, meaning that person is curvaceous, voluptuous, often in a slightly sexual way. It can also be used to describe animals or inanimate objects, which simply means chubby or large in size.

The usage of the word “thicc” to describe desirable bodily features “first came into colloquial usage among urban youths as part of the African American Vernacular English in the early 2000s”. It has gained traction in American pop culture over the next decade. During the year 2015, the intentionally misspelled word was spreading quickly over the internet as some people started to use “thicc” in a humorous and ironic way. The -cc misspelling also suggests an exaggerated degree of “thickness”, and people would sometimes append more c’s at the end of “thicc” to represent an increase in “thickness”.
Etymology : Intentional misspelling of the word “thick”.
