Xennial

blending noun
Someone who was born in the late 1970s or early 1980s, on the edge of being both a member of Gen X and a millennial.
 
“Don’t blame me for not knowing that, I’m a Xennial. I don’t know millennial culture.”
Etymology : blending og Gen X and millennial. The term was first used in an article in GOOD magazine in 2014, which talked about how people born on the cusp of both generations had a different outlook from either of them. From there it gained more widespread usage, and was added to the New Oxford English Dictionary in 2020
