- We're fun-loving, uberfriendly,...
Uberfriendly
adjective; blending
very friendly I think uber is becoming a very common prefix in American slang simply because people enjoy saying the word uber. It sounds a little funny, but cool, to American ears. Uber in almost every sense that Americans use means very, instead of too much or over. Many of the new words I have catalogued are new ways to intensify words. I think American youth is getting bored of saying very and is searching for new and creative ways to create diffferent degrees of magnitude.
Etymology : from German uber 'over' + English friendly
