Zydeco

adjective; other word formation type Metaphorical extension
Used as a general positive adjective, akin to “groovy” or “cool.”

Used once by a friend of mine. He was trying to get it to catch on, though I haven’t heard him say it again. He was referencing the music that was played in southwest Louisiana by French Creole speakers.
Etymology : Directly taken from the genre Zydeco.
Source : “That’s zydeco. I’ve got a tuning peg on the way, but we’ll see how long that takes.” (A friend, 10/14/20)
