culture

verb; zero derivation
To corrupt or debauch To be cultured means to be knowledgable about many things, usually things like art and literature. In this case to culture means to introduce to the more sinful areas of youth culture. This semantic shift is pejorative (in many people's view,) which is why culture is in quotes. The makers of the group are being glib and ironic.
