Vaguyna

noun; analogy
A penis. Interestingly, the meaning of this neologism is not the anus of a man (perhaps the best equivalent to a vagina that a man has – both being orifices usable in sexual intercourse), but instead, his penis. Vaguyna here refers to the sexual organs of a man (just as vagina refers to the sexual organs of a woman), instead of a male-equivalent orifice (a more literal interpretation of vagina). Hearing the word, it is immediately apparent that this is a play on the word vagina, with only a minor shift in pronunciation (g -> dj).

That’s because you’ve got a vaguyna!
Etymology : Analogous to vagina, with gi (“djai”) replaced with guy (“gai”). Vagina, from Latin vagina ‘sheath, scabbard,’ from PIE *wag-ina-, from PIE *wag- ‘to break, split, bite’
