A very large number. I suspect the use of kerji is because it rhymes with and sounds similar to the word jillion and gadzillion, which are both words with the same meaning. It might be that people simply want to invent new -illion words that sound bizzare, in order to echo and emphasize the indeterminateness of such great numbers.
Etymology : ker (unknown meaning) and ji (as in jillion) and million, 1,000,000
