ghetto

adjective; zero derivation
Of poor quality, similar to something found in the ghetto. The word ghetto is a broad term to describe anything that is low quality, ugly, or poorly made. This usage was derived by extending the meaning of ghetto to refer to things found in the ghetto.
 
Our room is so ghetto.
