A person who is very disliked for what is perceived to be their personality flaws and failures. Apparent meaning: a person who is very disliked for what is perceived to be their personality flaws and failures. I.e. he blows a lot. Analysis of word: omni ‘all’ plus blow ‘to not be liked’ Possible reason used: the person in question wanted to find a new insult that would properly show his dislike of the person receiving the insult.
