DIAF

220; acronym
An interjection used to express extreme dislike or hate. DIAF is an acronym from the phrase “Die in a fire.” It mostly, if not completely used on in internet conversations, in the imperative form. It is basically used to convey a feeling of intense dislike for someone, usually because they are acting stupidly, or they say something mean or spiteful with provocation. As it is used on the internet, it was probably coined simply so people could type less. Furthermore, the mental image of being burned alive is gruesome enough that anybody will use it to show their dislike, which is probably why is caught on.
