The use of the word ‘roll’ in this environment to replace any act changes the connotation of the statement into extremely positive, indicating that the act was extremely successful. The word ‘roll’ implies superiority in many cases, such as ‘rolling over’ opposition or just rolling past things that are deemed unimportant. Also, ‘rolling’ implies getting things going, or the commencement of an act.
