sushify

adjective; derivation
Undercooked Apparent meaning: To undercook a piece of meat. Here, the verb ending –IFY seems to mean to make like, so sushify means to make like sushi. Although sushi refers specifically to seafood, any type of meat can be sushified. Reason used: Although there are real words like undercook would work, the meaning of sushify is equally clear.
