Unforeseenery

noun; derivation
any happening that could unexpectedly occur, possibly spoiling plans. combination of the root ‘unforeseen’ and the suffix ‘ery’
 
The first time we will use the room isn't until September 18, and then we'll use it every other Saturday thereafter, barring unforseenery.
Etymology : affixation of unforeseen ‘unpredicted’ + –ery ‘n'
