Giant, enormous. The commercial was referring to a type of hamburger and how large it was. As previously mentioned, advertisers like to use catchy things to draw viewers’ attention. Making up words such as this is a way to do that.
 
McDonald’s Big Mac is a gianormous burger!
Etymology : Blend of “giant” and “enormous” or perhaps “gigantic” and “enormous”.; adj [giant + enormous]
