washed

adjective; clipping
1. hung-over 2. tired This may possibly be an extension of the meaning of “washed up” in the sense that someone who is washed up had their moment at the top and they are on the decline. The career could serve as a metaphor for a party. The term is then clipped to “washed.” It may be used as a euphmism.

Yeah, I don’t really want to go get breakfast. Right now, I’m more than a little washed from last night.
