Slout

verb; blending and clipping
To attempt to speak in a loud and unintelligible way. This word combines two words for different actions into a single word to indicate the actions are happening simultaneously. The word also has some sound-symbolism, as you can imagine that slurring the word shout would change the fricative into more of a lateral sound. This was probably the reason the word was coined.

After 6 beers she was slouting like crazy last night.
Etymology : Slout. From Clipping and Blending of English (sl)ur + sh(out)
