G’eatyet

220; blending
an interrogative used to replace the question “have you eaten already?” as a fun word to ask if a friend has eaten

Hey Tom g’eatyet?
Etymology : Blend of the words did, eat, and yet.
Source : A man with a thick Texan accent asked me if I had eaten yet and it sounded like that so my friends and I adopted it as a word.
