Wifeness

adjective; zero derivation
a descriptive term referring to the duties and implications of being someone’s wife No other word seemed to properly fit the sentence, so one was made up. Sometimes there is no appropriate word for the idea you want to express in the way you wish to express it; therefore, neologisms are used. Wifeness is a descriptive term referring to being a wife and the duties and connotation that the job implies.

Etymology : A derivational ending was added onto wife (-ness). [comes from ‘wife’ (Middle English wif, from Old English wIf; akin to Old High German wIb wife) + ‘-ness’]
