adjective; blending
Being in the state where one is tired to the point of being very hyper After inquiring I found that it was a blend between sleepy and slaphappy. A blend to describe the feeling of being both tired as well as hyper.
 
I'm feeling very sleppy now.
Etymology : blend: sleepy and slap-happy
