A very large or monstrous quantity of something that is carried out, collected, or consumed by a person, or animal.
 
After cutting down the tree, we had a shload of firewood.
Etymology : formed from roots SHIT (from Old English /scItan/, meaning to defecate) and LOAD (from Old English /lAd/, meaning support or carrying.)
