A large, rotund backside, usually associated with an African-American female. Refers to a large, rotund backside, usually of an African American female. It is a positive term and is frequently used as a compliment. Several African American males are appreciative of this feature on women. There is no known origin of this word, however there seems to be some sound symbolism in that the term might capture the essence of the movement of such a backside.
