Cut

adjective; zero derivation
To become more defined in appearance as a result of intense exercising or physical activity A cool way of saying that someone has been working out ; also, it serves to acknowledge that the workouts or other methods of activity have made defining lines on the person( muscle has been formed and fat disappeared) much like a cut of meat. When a cut is made, the resulting material is more defined and aesthetically pleasing.
 
He has become so cut.
